From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome. the luxurious amenities in the room were exceptional, from the private facilities to the exclusive room advantages.
While the room was spacious enough, we did notice a minor issue with the lack of a side table next to one of the beds. Despite this, the comfortable beds and excellent service more than made up for it.
